For a useful compatibility report

Tell us which QuickBooks product and version you use, which output format you selected, and the exact non-sensitive error message. Describe the CSV headings and whether the source uses a signed amount or separate debit and credit columns. A short fictional example that preserves the same layout can help us reproduce the issue.

Do not send financial data

Do not email bank statements, transaction exports, account or routing numbers, customer information, login details, tax identifiers, or QuickBooks company files. Bank2QBO processes selected files locally in your browser, and support should not require access to real financial records. Replace names, references, and values with fictional data before sharing a sample.

Corrections and editorial questions

If a guide appears outdated, include its page title, the statement that needs review, and a link to current first-party product documentation when possible. Our About page explains how guides are researched, tested, and updated.

Scope of support

We can clarify how this site maps CSV fields and creates downloadable files. We cannot access your bank or QuickBooks account, recover or edit a company file, choose accounting categories, or provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
