Terms of use
Effective July 25, 2026
Free utility
Bank2QBO is provided as a general-purpose conversion tool. You are responsible for verifying every generated file, maintaining backups of original records, and confirming that you are importing into the intended account.
Your responsibility before import
Bank CSV layouts and sign conventions vary. Review the transaction count, dates, amounts, descriptions, account type, and currency before downloading. Use a short test period and avoid overlapping previously imported dates. The import checklist is practical guidance, not a guarantee of a particular result.
No accounting advice
The site does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Generated files do not determine categories, tax treatment, reconciliation decisions, or the correctness of your books. Consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your records or filings.
No warranty
The tool is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Bank exports, browsers, QBO conventions, and accounting-software import features may change.
Limitations of the service
Bank2QBO does not connect to banks or accounting accounts, cannot see the result of an import, and cannot recover changes made in other software. You remain responsible for backups, access controls, duplicate review, and reconciliation.
Acceptable use
You may use the tool only for records you are authorized to process. Do not use it for unlawful activity, to infringe third-party rights, to introduce malicious files, to probe or disrupt the service, or to misrepresent converted data.
Changes and availability
We may modify or discontinue features and update these terms as formats or operating requirements change. A revised effective date will identify an updated version of these terms.
